Returning Items
Yes, it is possible to return your order, provided it meets the conditions outlined below:
Return Conditions:
- The product must be unused and in its original condition.
- The product must not be damaged by the customer.
- Hygiene products and underwear are non-returnable.
- Returns must include a Track & Trace code to ensure the package’s safety.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
- We must be notified of the return in advance.

Ship Your Order: Send the product to the provided address. Ensure the package has a Track & Trace code for security purposes. Products must be shipped within 14 days of informing us.

Processing Your Return: Once we receive the return, we will inspect the item(s). If approved, your refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Cancellations

If the order has not yet shipped, we will do our best to cancel it. Once shipped, cancellation is no longer possible, but you can return the product after receiving it. This ensures the process remains efficient and fair.
Damage and Issues

Refunds

Unclaimed Packages
For packages left unclaimed at a pickup point, we will deduct costs related to the return from the refund amount. If you decide not to collect your package, note that you will not receive a full refund as these items are no longer reusable.
